ATLAS Options Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ATLAS Options ("Service"), operated by Cornerstone Strategy LLC ("Company"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

ATLAS provides:

  • Options trading analytics and education
  • AI-driven market analysis through our "Vega" agent
  • Paper-trading portfolio simulation
  • Subscription tiers: Free, Pro ($49/month), and Pro+ ($149/month)
  • Free 14-day trial of Pro+ for new users

ATLAS is a software tool. ATLAS is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or financial planner. We do not execute real trades, hold customer funds, or provide personalized investment advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts. By using ATLAS, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
  • All activities under your account
  • Notifying us of unauthorized access immediately

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

5.1 Subscription Tiers

  • Free: $0/month
  • Pro: $49/month
  • Pro+: $149/month
  • All paid tiers billed monthly via Stripe

5.2 Trial

New users receive a 14-day Pro+ trial without payment information required. The trial automatically expires; no charges are made unless you actively subscribe.

5.3 Cancellation and Refunds

  • You may cancel anytime via Settings → Billing
  • Cancellation is effective at the end of your current billing period
  • We do not provide partial-month refunds
  • For exceptional cases, contact cs@atlasoptions.io

5.4 Price Changes

We may change subscription prices with 30 days' advance notice. Existing subscribers retain the original price for the duration of their current billing period.

5.5 Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will retry per Stripe's standard schedule. After repeated failures, we will downgrade your account to Free.

6. Acceptable Use

You may NOT:

  • Use ATLAS for unlawful purposes
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically download our content without permission
  • Resell or redistribute ATLAS content
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Interfere with the Service's infrastructure
  • Attempt to circumvent feature gating or rate limits
  • Use automated tools to access the Service except as expressly permitted

7. Investment Disclaimer

ATLAS provides educational content and analytical tools, NOT investment advice.

Specifically:

  • Vega's analyses are AI-generated commentary, not personalized recommendations
  • Past performance does not guarantee future results
  • Options trading involves substantial risk of loss, including total loss of capital
  • You should not trade options without understanding the risks
  • Consult a licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions
  • ATLAS does not know your full financial situation, risk tolerance, or investment objectives
  • We do not endorse any specific trade, strategy, or security
  • Paper-trading results in ATLAS do not reflect real-trading outcomes (no slippage, fills, taxes, or emotional factors)

You assume all risk for investment decisions made using or in connection with ATLAS.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Our Content

ATLAS, including all software, design, content, and trademarks, is owned by Cornerstone Strategy LLC. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ATLAS for personal, non-commercial purposes during your subscription.

8.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create (notes, theses, custom strategies). You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your content for the purpose of operating the Service.

8.3 AI-Generated Content

Vega's reasoning, theses, and analyses ("Vega Output") are generated by AI models we operate. We make reasonable efforts to ensure quality but make no warranties about accuracy.

8.4 Public Vega Theses

Vega's general regime and philosophy reasoning may be published publicly through /thinks, social media, and email digests. Specific user-actionable trades or position details remain private to subscribers.

9. Third-Party Services

ATLAS integrates with third-party services (Stripe, OpenRouter, Resend, Twilio, etc.). Your use of these is subject to their own terms.

10. Termination

10.1 By You

You may terminate at any time by canceling your subscription and deleting your account.

10.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Engage in fraudulent activity
  • Fail to pay subscription fees after multiple attempts
  • Pose security or legal risks

We will provide reasonable notice except in cases of urgent security or legal concerns.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:

  • Service uptime or uninterrupted access
  • Accuracy of market data
  • Specific trade outcomes
  • Compatibility with any particular brokerage

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

(A) $100, OR

(B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Lost profits or trading losses
  • Loss of data or business
  • Acts of third parties

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cornerstone Strategy LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, or expense arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third party's rights
  • Your trading decisions

14. Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by California law without regard to conflict of laws principles.

14.2 Arbitration

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in California, administered by JAMS under its rules. You and we waive any right to a jury trial.

14.3 Class Action Waiver

You may bring claims only on an individual basis, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative proceeding.

14.4 Exception

Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property infringement or breach of confidentiality.

15. Modifications

We may revise these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email and in-app notice at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

16. Severability

If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Disclaimer constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
